TERMS and CONDITIONS

Mileage
At present time, there is no mileage charge.
The production company will be billed
for gas and oil on the rental invoice.
Distant locations require a travel advance.

Cancellation of equipment must be done prior
to 4:30 pm the day prior to the rental date.
In the event of a Monday rental, cancellation
must be done by 4:30 pm on Friday.

Insurance
A certificate of insurance naming Cinema
Cycles as the loss payee and additionally
insured is required prior to the shooting day.
Prices may change without notice.
